How to manage it
Long-lived fruit tree; prune when fully dormant to limit bleeding. Slow but very productive once established.
Watch out for
Removed 'biomass' tag - too slow-growing and low pruning vigour to serve as a fast chop-and-drop source. Name corrected: Morus nigra is Black mulberry, not Red mulberry (that's Morus rubra). Fruit stains heavily - keep away from paving and paths.
